Batheaston Youth Club
Formed in the early 1960’s the Youth Club provides a safe drop in facility for an average of 20 young people per session from 6:30 to 9pm on Tuesdays for juniors (age 9-13) and Thursday for seniors (age 13 -19). The hall is available for hire at other times. Qualified Youth Workers engage with the young people to help develop their social skills and bridge the generation gap in the village. Participation in sports and recreation activities is strongly encouraged.

The community group is a charity and they need our help to spruce up the building for their community to enjoy. We will be painting the internal walls of the hut :) No skills required and they will be providing cakes and sandwiches!! Please wear old clothes, just turn up with enthusiasm and a smile.

We will meet at the George pub in Bathampton on the canal for a short jog over to the Batheaston Youth club. The George pub is here: ///universally.mash.chefs

Or you can meet us at the Batheaston Youth club here: School Lane, Northend, Batheaston, Bath BA1 7ER. What3Words: ///major.others.voter

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

Walkable

You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.

Options are available to run between 2km and 2km in total

Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
