A reign-y run at Elvaston Castle
3 GoodGymers made their way 5.0km on a training session in Derby.

I met with Gwyn and Tracey for a wet and wild run at Elvaston Castle on an unseasonably soggy summer knight.
Tracey suggested we try running for 2 minutes and then walking for 30 seconds for our 5K route and called out when to change pace. The reign-y weather didn't ruin this scenic run and we passed a fair few other runners, walkers and cyclists also mad enough to be out enjoying(?) it.
I didn't risk submerging my phone to get a photo of us mid-car wash look so here's one from almost exactly a month ago when Gwyn and Tracey were running at Elvaston.
Thanks to both of them for the tasty treat of home-baked scones at the end of the run.
I've just about dried off!
