Ms B is currently sleeping on her duvet, she has a new mattress but was unable to carry this up to her bed. She will able to sleep comfortably on a mattress, and sit on her sofa.

Before GoodGym I always lost motivation to stick at running or the gym but now I run two or three times a week.
