A lovely Tuesday evening saw three Goodgymmers head down to Godolphin gardens to give the hedges a wonderful back and sides.

Its always lovely to get compliments from passers-by, with one person enquiring whether John could be hired to tidy up her garden!

Three bags of trim later (one had already been popped in a bin), we decided to call it an evening.

What a beautiful Saturday to spend at the Hervey Road Sports Field helping Annie in the little slice of paradise she has cultivated over the last couple of years. Some of the group fresh from their Parkrun travails, we met and quickly got stuck in with Annie, who is down here twice a week working hard. Special welcome to Ese and Lara who attended their first GoodGym session today - lovely to meet you both and kudos to you for turning out in this heat!

The team dug out tons of thistles and brambles, filling up several big bags over the course of the morning - time well spent doing some good!

We're helping at Glyndon on Wednesday night - come and join us to celebrate Julian's 500th good deed if you're free! We're back at Hervey Road next Saturday
