8 Goodgymmers helped re fresh woodchip paths at a community garden/allotment. Learned a lot about names of flowers, when to sow seeds, plant and water them periodically. Great physical work shifting woodchips onto paths and making them more accessible

Many of our attendees struggle with very physical tasks such as this one and you will be ensuring that our community garden is safe, tidy and looking fresh for the new season ahead.

Annie Anthony Mays done 100 good deeds with GoodGym.
Annie has just reached another level: 100 good deeds with GoodGym. That's at least 100 times when they could have easily done something easier. But they didn't, Annie has kept going and going. Helping a lot of other people and getting a bit fitter at the same time. Congratulations Annie.

Lifting and carrying Display Boards from a Room in United Reformed Church to a van. I partnered with Patrick whilst the others worked in pairs. Giving a helping hand and going up and down stairs and steps.

3 Goodgym strong women ran to United Reformed Church to unload screenboards from Van then into the hall. Fortunately there were other Strong Men Volunteers too to help out with the heavy double sided Screenboards. They have been assembled together to display the artworks of young Artists. Ken Marshall, the organizer really appreciate what Goodgym runners do for them. He gave us leaflets too and present us some artworks done by 13 and 14 year old young artists. Hopefully there will be a few more Goodgym runners on Monday, next week when we take the screenboards back into the van.
