I cycled over to meet Mrs C on a beautiful sunny Sunday and was delighted to also meet her two lovely cats. After a quick chat we went out to the front garden and I got to work clearing leaves and rubbish, planting some allium bulbs, pruning bushes, and planting some pot plants. I also dug a hole next to each of the two different types of apple trees in order to add some root food. Mrs C kept me company throughout, teaching me about the different plants and trees and some useful gardening tips. After giving everything a good watering it was time to call it a day. Mrs C was very grateful and I hopped back on my bike home to enjoy the sun.

Report Title : Big Hedge-party(birthday time)
Five goodgymers warmed up at the Chiswick townhall to run roughly 1.3km and meet two Goodgym cyclists and Jo from Wild Chiswick at the corner of Spencer Road(Grove Park Area). Prickly community mission tonight to deliver leaflets at houses around Grove Park Area. Raising awareness about creating safe hedgehog habitats locally. Jo handed the leaflets to the team and they all started the prickly shuffle around the area with a mixture of running and walking. Once the team covered the area Jo suggested, they meet again with her and Jo was very thankful to have a team of Sonic Hedgehog’s running around to support their organization. The team ran and cycled back to Chiswick to stretch and go for food and a drink, not to forget a piece of cake as it was Leticia birthday recently. The cake was not Sonic the Hedgehog, but Colin the Caterpillar. It was unspiketably good!!! Great achievement for Emily as reached 300 good deeds today!!!

After a very quick cycle ride over I met Mr M and was also greeted by his cat Ella. The task was to clear and reorganise two shelves in the hallway bureau. Mr M has no vision but amazing sense of touch so we went through everything to identify what it was, whether to keep it and sort items together to create sections, with the most useful stuff in the most accessible part of the drawers. Whilst the drawers were empty I also managed to give them a clean. Mr M was extremely grateful.
